- Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the credit will automatically be applied to your original payment method within a few business days.
- Damaged or Wrong Items: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at
support@theindexstore.shopwith pictures of the item, and we will issue a replacement or a full refund right away. - Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
